Sunny OIT Invited to Attend Ecovacs Robotics Conference

On June 30th, the first "Ecovacs Robotics Conference" was held, hosted by Ecovacs Robotics and China Mechatronics Technology Application Association, and guided by the Suzhou Wuzhong District Government.

As a key partner of Ecovacs, Sunny OIT was invited to showcase its vision products and system solutions at the event. Frank Xu, Deputy General Manager of the company, delivered an insightful speech entitled <Robotic Visual Perception Technology and Its Applications>. He engaged in in-depth exchanges with renowned academicians, industry experts, university scholars, representatives from high-quality related enterprises, and professionals from leading investment and financing institutions present, jointly exploring the development prospects of robotics technology.  

As a provider of robotic vision system solutions, Sunny OIT brought vision solutions and products for both household and commercial robotics at this event, attracting widespread attention on-site. These solutions cover three mainstream 3D vision technologies—binocular, structured light, and TOF—meeting functional requirements such as positioning, mapping and navigation, intelligent obstacle avoidance, and AI recognition. They equip robots with accurate visual perception capabilities, enabling more efficient and intelligent robotic applications.  

During the speech session of the "Intelligent and Sensor Thematic Forum", Frank Xu elaborated on the principles and application scenarios of robotic visual perception technology. He focused on the principles, advantages, and disadvantages of the three mainstream 3D vision solutions, and took household floor-cleaning robots as an example to illustrate the differences between various 3D vision technologies in consumer scenarios.  

Subsequently, Frank Xu further explained functions such as real-time positioning and mapping, path planning, and obstacle avoidance. From principles and technologies to practical implementation, he comprehensively shared the applications of robotic vision sensing technology in household, commercial, and industrial robotics fields. 

Notably, this Ecovacs Robotics Conference represents another milestone in the five-year-long cooperation between Sunny OIT and Ecovacs. As recently as March this year, the company was awarded the "Best Partner" at the supplier conference hosted by Ecovacs, which reflects Ecovacs' high recognition of Sunny OIT's strength and achievements in the robotic vision field.
