Recently, Automate 2025, the largest and most professional robotics and automation technology event in North America, successfully concluded. With robotic vision at its core, Sunny OIT showcased full-scenario robotic vision solutions focusing on three key areas: dexterous hands, smart logistics, and AI quality inspection. Leveraging its cutting-edge product portfolio and innovative technological capabilities, the company attracted widespread attention from on-site professionals and industry partners.
Against the backdrop of accelerating industrialization of humanoid robots, dexterous hands, as core components, have become a focal point for technological breakthroughs and market competition. Sunny OIT's "Eye-on-Hand" vision solution exhibited at the event drew significant interest.
Among them, the debut "Dexterous Hand Vision" solution builds a multimodal visual perception matrix, laying an innovative technological foundation for intelligent operations in future human-robot collaboration scenarios.
Through RGB cameras, dexterous hands can achieve real-time gesture recognition and tracking; combined with miniaturized wrist-mounted RGBD cameras, they enable visual guidance and high-precision positioning; HDR and high-frame-rate cameras in the palm can be used for close-range AI recognition; while micro visual-tactile fusion sensors at the fingertips form a "perception-control" closed loop.
Meanwhile, Sunny OIT also exhibited active binocular depth cameras, which are not only suitable for positioning and grasping by robotic arms but also meet the needs of different robotic scenarios such as industrial, logistics, commercial, and humanoid applications. In on-site demonstrations, robotic arms equipped with the company's vision solutions received high praise from many industry insiders for their ability to stably grasp objects of various materials.
Sunny OIT demonstrated full-stack vision solutions for smart logistics, covering scenarios such as AGV/AMR, warehouse management, and PDA terminals. Currently, relevant solutions have been implemented in logistics scenarios of leading U.S. enterprises, and many customers have shown intentions for large-scale commercial use, with pilot deployments underway.
At this exhibition, Sunny OIT also launched the second-generation AI quality inspection smart camera. Based on the Qualcomm 8550 platform, it integrates 48TOPS of powerful computing power and 48-megapixel ultra-clear imaging, supporting multi-camera collaborative work. It provides high-precision, highly flexible integrated solutions for scenarios such as AI industrial quality inspection, mold protection, and QR code recognition.
In the future, Sunny OIT will continue to provide more efficient and intelligent vision solutions. It looks forward to deepening cooperation with more global industry partners, jointly exploring paths of collaborative innovation in industrial automation and robotics scenarios, and helping upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain achieve value co-creation.
