 In the era of artificial intelligence, robots largely represent a crucial indicator of technological progress and development.

To strengthen fundamental research and core technology development in AI robotic vision, improve AI service systems, expand application scenarios, and analyze the policy environment and technological innovation for industrial development, the "Robotic Vision Technology and Its Industry Applications" themed salon was held on the afternoon of the 9th at the Robot Town in Xiaoshan District. Jointly organized by the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI), the Xiaoshan District People's Government of Hangzhou, and Zhejiang University, the salon featured invited representatives from leading enterprises in AI and robotic vision. Participants engaged in discussions on the vast potential of the robotic vision industry.

Sunny OIT's Insightful Presentation

During the event, Lai Gang, Deputy Director of the Xiaoshan Economic & Technological Development Zone Management Committee, Liu Yong from Zhejiang University's Institute of Intelligent Systems and Control, Liu Chenglin, Deputy Director of the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and representatives from invited enterprises delivered insightful speeches.

Frank XU, Senior Marketing Director of Sunny OIT, was invited to attend and delivered an impactful speech titled "Focusing on Depth Vision, Connecting the Intelligent World". The content-rich presentation garnered frequent applause.

Frank began by outlining the company's development history, highlighting Sunny OIT's pioneering role and early market leadership in the robotic vision sector. Its vision modules for robots' "lower section" (represented by floor-cleaning robots), "middle section" (represented by commercial service robots), and "upper section" (represented by drones) have been successfully implemented and mass-produced for numerous renowned manufacturers and tech giants both domestically and internationally. Application areas include floor-cleaning robots, AR/VR, smart home devices, facial recognition payment systems, drones, and smart door locks. To better serve the market, Sunny OIT consistently adheres to its "Supporting Actor" strategy, acting as a solid service backbone for clients. This approach has earned high praise from numerous partners worldwide and established excellent market reputation.

During the roundtable interaction session, participating companies and guests actively exchanged views and explored industry development trends.

Frank discussed the trends in robotic vision, emphasizing that the evolution of front-end sensors from 2D to 3D is a major direction. Looking ahead, Sunny OIT will continue to dedicate efforts to advance the maturity of depth vision solutions, minimize the impact of front-end signals on the back-end, bridge the front-end and back-end, and thereby contribute to the advancement of robotic vision.
